Virtues Connections
A Virtues Connection is a group of people who come together on at least a monthly basis to share and deepen in the strategies and practices of The Virtues Project or use the exercises in a virtues book such as The Virtues Project Educator's Guide, A Pace of Grace or Family Virtues Guide. It can be a neighbourhood group or a peer mentoring circle online. In a school, it could be a team of teachers, students and/or parents. In a community, it could be a group of community leaders, etc.
Meetings usually include: An opening such as a Virtues Pick for the group or for each individual, a professional or personal development presentation, sharing of ideas and plans and a closing such as a Gratitude Circle or inspirational/sacred reading.
Forming a Virtues Connection requires that a facilitator or master facilitator be the contact person and organize the group. If you are interested in starting a group please contact the mentoring committee chair: mentoringchair@virtuesproject.com for more information.
